Position Overview:
The Healthcare Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing healthcare programs within the organization. Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in healthcare program management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
3. In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, policies, and procedures.
4. Strong understanding of healthcare program development, implementation, and evaluation methodologies.
